Custom modern ranch home designed and built by Grit Construction LLC. This home was built with energy efficiency in mind with 2" exterior foam board around both the foundation, and all exterior walls of the home. Triple pane windows, and caulking of all potential air gaps prior to insulation to ensure a tight housing envelope. An Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system was installed to exchange stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air, while recovering the energy in the process.
