Sturbridge bar

We added this stunning basement wet bar for clients. It was a pleasure working with them throughout the project to turn their vision into a reality. This complete bar provides all the needs you would need to host the next get together with your friends!

Meadowlane Home

Custom modern ranch home designed and built by Grit Construction LLC. This home was built with energy efficiency in mind with 2" exterior foam board around both the foundation, and all exterior walls of the home. Triple pane windows, and caulking of all potential air gaps prior to insulation to ensure a tight housing envelope. An Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system was installed to exchange stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air, while recovering the energy in the process.

Grayfield bathroom remodel

This bathroom remodel involved a complete rework of the plumbing, and electrical layout from the existing bathroom. The clients dream bathroom included a jacuzzi tub, large shower, and lots of tile, mission accomplished! Additional features include tile base, handheld shower unit, seamless shower drain, and a shower niche on the backside of the knee wall for a clean looking shower. 

Sturbridge poolhouse

The client wanted to build a pool house with garage storage, changing room, and an outdoor grill space. With their inspiration and vision, we were able complete their backyard space with this awesome pool house. 

Bejamin kitchen remodel

This kitchen remodel was part of a larger project we completed for this client. Their goal was to put an addition on the existing home, increase the kitchen size, add a half bathroom, and rework the second floor layout to include a complete bathroom remodel. The focal point of this part of the remodel was to create a large beautiful kitchen to enjoy for years to come!

Alten Bath Remodel

The client's goal was to rework the existing floor plan to create their dream master suite. They wanted to the master suite remodel to include a full tile shower, soaker tub, and a walk-in closet attached to the master bedroom. 

Taylor Poolhouse

Pool house designed and built by Grit Construction LLC. We worked with our client to design a pool house complete with an outdoor shower, 1/2 bathroom, overhead door, and dry bar for their outdoor entertainment needs.  Landscaping and concrete done by Harder & Warner. 

O'Brien Pool house

Irving Custom Home

We worked with our client, who had existing foundation, to design a floorplan to suit their needs. Together we were able to design and build this spacious home with a golf simulator room, dedicated office, and master suite with walk-in closet, and dedicated bathroom. 

Restmor Remodel

With the wonderful ideas of this client we were able to transform 2 small bedrooms and bathroom into the master suite of our their dreams! The clients goals were to get main floor laundry, jacuzzi tub, standup up shower and walk-in closet with the space available.
